I’ll help you narrow down your many ideas and give you an actionable plan for building a business or launching a project around what you love doing. We’ll start with a 2-hour deep-dive interview where I get to know everything about what you stand for, how you help people, and where you want to take this. I’ll synthesize it all into a written brief with clearly-defined services, doable goals, and prioritized next steps - this is the type of clarity that leads to conviction.
The Game Plan is something you can implement on your own, or if you’d like to move forward with a Launch That Idea project, your Game Plan payment will be applied toward the total cost.
Step 2:
Launch That Idea
Launch That Idea projects are custom-tailored to your needs (to be determined in the Game Plan); for most people this includes a combination of coaching and design.
Examples of coaching could be curating and developing your content or body of work, troubleshooting your operations or sales process, or writing your launch message or announcement. Examples of design could be presenting your ideas clearly and beautifully through a website, business cards, social media profiles, or a pitch deck.

I’m Micaela Zahner, I live in my home state of Vermont after nearly two decades in New York City. I’m a business coach and designer, and I care, a lot, about bringing ideas to life. I love helping people find clarity and the conviction to express it.
